This policy applies to shipping for our watches (sold via our Shopify store). For support, use the contact details below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to the UK and EU (including Ireland, France, Germany, and Italy). Remote regions may have slight delivery delays—check checkout for updates.

2. Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our St. Leonards-on-Sea facility (101, SEDLESCOMBE ROAD NORTH, ST. LEONARDS-ON-SEA, ENGLAND, TN37 7EJ).
  • Timeline: 2-3 business days (UK standard); 4-7 business days (EU). All watches are shipped with secure, shockproof packaging to prevent damage.
  • Protective Packaging: Watches are placed in padded cases + rigid boxes (preserves condition, ideal for gifting).

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on UK orders over £75 and EU orders over €90 (applies to all timepieces).
  • UK orders under £75: £3.99; EU orders under €90: €8.99. No extra fees for multiple watches.

4. Tracking & Support

A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account or watchlabc.com’s “My Orders” page. For delayed or damaged watches, email kiln-ramjets.3f@icloud.com with photos (include order number).

5. Key Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Double-check details. Wrong addresses cause delays—£10/€12 re-shipping fee applies.
  • Customs: EU orders may incur import duties (paid by the recipient; we don’t cover these fees).
