By purchasing watches via our Shopify store, you agree to these terms. For support, use the contact details below.
1. Account & Shopify Platform
- Provide accurate contact/shipping details when creating an account. Update info promptly to avoid delivery delays.
- Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment security, account access, and checkout. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use.
2. Orders & Payment
- We verify stock and watch condition (e.g., case, strap) within 2 business days of checkout. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via Shopify order link).
- Prices are final at checkout (excludes UK/EU taxes/surcharges for remote regions). Shopify Payments secures transactions. Unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
- No post-confirmation cancellations. Forced cancellations incur a 6% fee (covers watch packaging and processing).
3. Products & Shipping
- Product details (material, features, warranty) follow watchlabc.com’s Shopify pages. Minor color variations are normal due to production batches.
- Shipping adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our hub (101, SEDLESCOMBE ROAD NORTH, ST. LEONARDS-ON-SEA, ENGLAND, TN37 7EJ) is not for delivery. A £10/€12 re-shipping fee applies for wrong/incomplete addresses.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- 30-day returns (unused, original packaging/tags intact); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., faulty movement, broken strap).
- We cover shipping for defective/wrong items. For personal reasons, you pay return shipping + 7% restocking fee (processed via Shopify Refunds).
- Ineligible items: Used watches (scratched cases, worn straps), customized styles, or watches without original packaging.
5. Liability & Updates
- We’re responsible for manufacturing defects but not for damage from improper use (e.g., water exposure beyond stated resistance) or normal wear. Shopify handles platform issues.
- Terms may update—postings on watchlabc.com take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance.
